What you'll do:
Manage the execution of orders and overall trade flow in a logical, risk-controlled manner while ensuring the consistent delivery of best execution standards.
Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Requirements:
Possession of an Undergraduate or Master's degree, or an equivalent professional background with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Full professional proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English to facilitate communication across regional markets and stakeholders.
Previous professional or internship experience within the financial services industry, specifically within an investment or trading environment.
Proficiency in essential office productivity suites and general administrative software for data management and reporting.
