Game Operations Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Own global SLG games lifecycle and operations, driving long-term growth through efficient cross-functional collaboration and continuous iteration
• Lead monetization strategy and optimization, leveraging data to maximize revenue, player conversion, and lifetime value
• Drive global publishing and user ecosystem growth, including launch strategy, community building, and high-value player management
• Define product and growth strategy, utilizing market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic partnerships
• Build and lead high-performing international teams, establishing scalable processes and a strong data-driven culture

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in game operations, with strong focus on SLG games
• Proven success managing large-scale overseas products (monthly revenue from multi-million to 100M+ USD)
• Hands-on experience in monetization system design and optimization
• Deep understanding of global markets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional and international teams
• Working proficiency in Chinese is preferred to support collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and teams
• Experience working with top-tier IP collaborations is a strong plus
