Role Purpose
This role supports the Events, Programming & Business Development Manager in executing revenue-generating events, live programming, and venue activations primarily at Timbre+ One-North, with secondary support at Timbre+ Hillview. The incumbent is expected to be operationally strong, commercially aware, and proactive in assisting with business development efforts, event coordination, and programming execution. This is a hands-on role with significant on-ground presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Support
. Support the BD Manager in sourcing and following up on new event leads including corporate bookings, brand activations, ticketed events, and private functions.
. Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, quotations, and sponsorship materials.
. Conduct outreach to potential organizers and partners under guidance.
. Track sales pipeline, update CRM records, and monitor conversion progress.
. Support negotiations and contract documentation process.
Expected role: Assist in pipeline growth and lead nurturing, with increasing ownership over time.
2. Programming & Resident Nights Support
. Support scheduling and coordination of resident band programming.
. Assist in sourcing new acts and arranging substitute bands where required.
. Monitor event night performance and collect attendance and sales data.
. Propose ideas to refresh themed nights or introduce small-scale activations.
3. Event Planning & On-Ground Execution
. Coordinate event logistics including vendor liaison, artist coordination, and internal team alignment.
. Be physically present during events to manage setup, guest flow, and operational issues.
. Support ticketing coordination and front-of-house operations.
. Assist in maximizing F&B and ancillary revenue opportunities during event nights.
4. Production & Technical Coordination
. Assist in coordinating technical production requirements (sound, stage, equipment).
. Liaise with vendors and sound engineers under supervision.
. Ensure setup readiness before event commencement.
5. Stakeholder & Tenant Coordination
. Liaise with Operations and tenants to ensure event alignment with service readiness.
. Coordinate with Marketing for promotional materials and event visibility.
. Support artist, vendor, and partner communications.
6. Post-Event Reporting & Administration
. Assist with post-event reporting including attendance, sales tracking, and reconciliation.
. Ensure documentation, contracts, and invoices are properly filed.
. Highlight operational gaps and propose improvement suggestions to Manager.
Performance Expectations
. Timely and smooth event execution.

. Initiative shown in proposing activations and improvements.
Key Requirements
. 2-4 years of experience in events management, hospitality, or venue operations.
. Exposure to event sales or programming environments preferred.
. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
. Commercial awareness and interest in business development.
. Comfortable working on-site during live events.
. Able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Working Conditions
. Primary on-site role at Timbre+ One-North and Timbre+ Hillview.
. Flexible hours required depending on event schedule.
. Significant on-ground presence during event days.
Remuneration
Salary package: Basic Salary + Commission, commensurate with experience and performance capability.
The role is eligible for a performance-linked commission structure based on confirmed and completed revenue contributions. Commission is payable upon successful event execution and receipt of payment, in alignment with departmental targets and the Company's commission policy.
