Seafood by the River is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Events Manager to support the planning and execution of events that enhance our dining experience and brand presence. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are keen to build a career in events management within the F&B and hospitality industry. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as corporate functions, private dining, brand collaborations, and festive promotions
- Liaise with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities with relevant teams
- Oversee on-site event operations, setup, and teardown
- Resolve operational issues promptly during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality events
- Strong interest in events planning and hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic event management tools
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
