We're not your typical events agency. GO is a creative-led, operations-obsessed team that produces some of Singapore's most executionally demanding corporate events - conferences, galas, family days, roadshows, team building, and more. What You'll Do
You'll work directly with our events and operations teams to deliver high-impact corporate events. Expect to get your hands dirty - from vendor calls and logistics runs to venue setups and real-time execution. This isn't a desk-bound internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support event planning, logistics, and execution across all formats
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure requirements
- Assist in coordinating client deliverables and on-site needs
- Participate in brainstorming and proposal work (we welcome ideas)
- Help manage internal task tracking via Asana
- Support post-event wrap-up (e.g., surveys, content collection)
What We're Looking For
- Preferably a student from NTU/SMU with prior corporate events experience
- Clear, confident communicator (in person, on email, on WhatsApp)
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Passion for events, media, or production
- Experience with tools like Canva, Asana, Google Sheets a plus
Important
We only consider applicants with hands-on experience. School orientation events or small club gatherings don't count. We need interns who've handled logistics, vendors, or client servicing for real corporate events.
