- Experience specifically within the social, wedding, and corporate sectors is essential
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Lead the sales strategy for catering and event services, identifying new market opportunities to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Act as the primary consultant for Members and private clients, designing customized event packages that exceed expectations.
- Oversee a diverse range of events, including but not limited to weddings, social & private events, themed birthdays, ticketed branches and corporate meetings
- Partner with the Culinary, Operations, Purchasing and Marketing teams to ensure every detail, from the garnish on the plate to the AV setup, is flawless.
- Own the process from the initial inquiry and proposal to budgeting, contract negotiation, and post-event follow-up.
- Track KPIs, sales performance, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and refine sales tactics.
