The Role

As an Event Technology Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing and delivering seamless event technology solutions for high-profile, large-scale events-both in-person and digital. From registration systems to digital platforms, you'll collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize event technology that elevates attendee engagement and client satisfaction.

You'll act as both a consultant and project lead, ensuring all event technology touchpoints are strategically planned, flawlessly executed, and aligned with client objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on events that attract tens of thousands of attendees globally, for some of the world's most recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage event technology projects, including registration, content scheduling, mobile apps, and attendee tools.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of registration sites and event tech platforms.
  • Partner with clients to scope and deliver customized technology solutions that enhance event experiences.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  • Supervise onsite registration setups and vendor coordination.
  • Lead and mentor internal teams, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for event tech deliverables, providing expert consultation and recommendations.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in event technology or project management for large-scale corporate events.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as RainFocus, Cvent, Stova, Swoogo, Eventbase, or Airtable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept through execution.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with group housing management preferred.
