Join Our Events Team
Role
As Jiak Kim House continues to grow as a destination for weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Events Team in one of the following roles:
- Corporate Events Executive / Manager
- Wedding Events Executive / Manager
You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, from the first enquiry and site visit to the successful execution of each event.
Responsibilities
- Support sales and execution of weddings, corporate functions, private dining events, and celebrations
- Conduct site viewings, host tastings, and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Prepare proposals, quotations, invoices, and manage event-related documentation
- Coordinate event requirements and timelines with clients, operations, and kitchen teams
- Provide on-site event support, including guest liaison, setup coordination, and AV arrangements
- Liaise with external vendors, florists, stylists and partners where required
- Support wedding and event-related marketing activities, including social media content and promotional coordination
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver thoughtful hospitality experiences
- Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to keep our event experiences relevant and attractive
- Support reporting and analysis of event sales performance
- Required to support evening or weekend events when necessary
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
