Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Company Overview

Get Out! Events is dedicated to creating unforgettable events that inspire and connect. Specialising in corporate events, summits and conferences, we deliver tailored experiences with creativity, precision and seamless execution to leave a lasting impact.

We are an AI-native events agency. We believe in equipping every team member with AI tools and agents, so our people spend less time on repetitive admin and more time on clients, creativity and great events.

Role Overview

Get Out! Events is looking for an Event Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and government events.

This role is ideal for someone who has some events experience and wants to build deeper hands-on exposure across event planning, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with our Event Managers and project team, with the opportunity to grow into larger event responsibilities over time.

Why Join Us

  • AI-native way of working: every staff member is equipped with AI tools and agents to support their day-to-day work
  • Less admin, more event craft: AI helps with first drafts of run sheets, packing lists, vendor follow-ups and documentation, so you can focus on learning and execution
  • Learn from experienced Event Managers and grow into larger event responsibilities
  • Future-ready skills: learn to run events alongside AI, a capability few events agencies offer

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning Support

  • Assist Event Managers with event planning, timelines, run sheets, vendor coordination, and logistical preparation.
  • Help prepare event documents such as programme flows, packing lists, manpower plans, briefing notes, and setup requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, crew, and internal team members to ensure event requirements are clear and followed up.
  • Support sourcing, quotation requests, simple proposal inputs, and operational planning where required.

Event Operations

  • Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Assist with registration, guest flow, activity management, stage coordination, vendor coordination, and general event operations.
  • Ensure event equipment, materials, signage, and supplies are properly prepared, packed, transported, and accounted for.
  • Help troubleshoot on-ground issues calmly and escalate matters to the Event Manager when needed.

Client and Team Coordination

  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members.
  • Attend internal briefings, client meetings, site recces, and event debriefs when required.
  • Take clear notes, follow up on assigned tasks, and keep the Event Manager updated on progress.
  • Learn to manage client expectations and support smooth communication across all parties.

Requirements

  • Some experience in events, hospitality, production, customer service, operations, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working on-site at events, including weekends or irregular hours when required.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and improve.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and work well with different teams.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity platforms to research, organise information, draft documents, and coordinate event work.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, humble, hands-on, and eager to grow. You should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned event components while learning to handle larger responsibilities over time.

Career Growth

This role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and government events and a clear pathway to take on larger event responsibilities as you build confidence, consistency, and execution ability.

Working Style

This is a hands-on events role. You will support both office-based planning and on-site event execution. Some events may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, or physical setup work.

Other Information

  • Full-time position based in Singapore
  • Salary range: SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,300 per month
