Job Description

MACRO EVENTS is looking for a proactive, resourceful and motivated Event Executive / Senior Event Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events from proposal development and client servicing to project planning and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounts, understand event requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare event proposals, tender submissions, presentations and quotations.
Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.
Source suppliers, negotiate quotations and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.
Plan and manage events from initial preparation through on-site execution and post-event completion.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
Oversee event logistics, manpower, production schedules and on-site operations.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to client expectations.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business or related fields.
Relevant experience in event management, preferably in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions or roadshows.
Experience in preparing event proposals, quotations and managing project budgets.
Strong communication, negotiation and client servicing skills.
Able to manage multiple projects independently and work under tight deadlines.
Resourceful, organised, proactive and a good team player.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.
