- Candidates with 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for a Manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for different event management needs.
- Participate in external and internal project management activities.
- Prepare event proposals to potential clients.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, venues and suppliers.
- Ensure timely information are disseminate to all relevant parties of the project.
- Coordinate and manage venues, suppliers and event management process.
- Effectively manage onsite production crew, suppliers and temporary staff.
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and reports.
- Provide effective support and mentorship to the team.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the event industry or related experience
- Experience in events management and operations
- Strong client relations skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent communication skills
