Senior Event Executive

We are seeking fresh, self-motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Co-ordinate the development of event creative materials
• Provide event logistics support and coordination for the planning and execution of events
• Assist in preparation of proposals presenting managing work in progress meetings and close monitoring of time line.
• You will be tasked to handle multiple projects and work within tight schedules

Requirements:
- Strong interest in event and project management
- Provide event logistics support and coordination for planning and execution of events
- Team player and able to support team members in event preparation such as event proposals and research work
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight schedules
- Willingness to travel

We welcome both candidates with relevant events experience and fresh graduate.
