Job Description

Account Management

  • Develop strategic and integrated plans to enhance the customer journey across digital and on-ground channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, decision-makers, and key influencers.
  • Lead the project management process, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Participate in the briefing and discovery phase to understand client needs, identify business challenges, and contribute strategic insights.
  • Effectively manage client concerns and escalate issues to the Account Director when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to develop innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of key account metrics through the company's CRM platform, including billing and profitability.
  • Organize and maintain account documentation and archives for internal reference and continuity.

Event Management

  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client's unique event requirements, including layout planning, site inspections, and coordination with external service providers.
  • Provide attentive, personalized client service with clear and confident communication.
  • Plan and execute events aligned with client objectives, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges.
  • Manage various event formats, including roundtables, conferences,hospitality functions, and appreciation events.
  • Oversee all phases of event execution, from budgeting and planning toon-site management and post-event reporting.
  • Negotiate with and coordinate third-party vendors to fulfill event production needs and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, including troubleshooting and real-time client support.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings and communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, client interactions, and key developments on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), hospitality, tourism, integrated marketing agencies, or related industries.
  • Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and personal accountability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) strong writing and proofreading skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while being a dependable and detail-oriented team player.
  • A fast learner with efficiency, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency.
