JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CORPORATE EXECUTIVE, CALVARY COMMUNITY CARE
General
- Understand, imbibe & promote C3 mission, vision and values
- Responsible for supporting communications & engagement with stakeholders including volunteers, clients, partners and donors
Department's Responsibilities
Reporting to Corporate Manager,
- Assist Executive Director and corporate department in donor engagement and fundraising initiatives including (but not limited to):
1. Support donor communication execution
2. Support donor-related and fundraising events
- Manage communications and social media for C3 stakeholders including volunteers, clients, partners and donors through content creation, producing letters, impact reports, publications and so on
- Support the Volunteer Manager in volunteer recruitment activities, events and processes
- Corporate and Office Functions such as:
1. Maintenance and update of records in Salesforce
2. Monthly reconciliation of finance transactions
3. Support the HR operations (onboarding, IT management etc) and training framework for the organisation, including the processing of grants & training applications
Other Responsibilities
- Assist in the various Programmes of C3 as required
- Assist in fund raising, administration and other responsibilities as required
- Any other responsibilities as agreed and assigned
