The role of EUC & Infrastructure Support Analyst

Technology is a critical enabler at The Gap Partnership, underpinning every aspect of business operations and playing a pivotal role in achieving strategic objectives. In a fast-evolving professional services environment, our technology stack must not only support day-to-day operations but also empower the business to innovate, scale, and stay ahead of the curve.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering robust end-user compute and infrastructure support, including maintenance, administration, and second- and third-line technical assistance. But more than that, you will work closely with cross-functional technology teams and business stakeholders to shape and support a modern, secure, and scalable technology environment.

You'll play a key role in:

• Ensuring the stability and performance of core IT systems.
• Collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to evolve our infrastructure.
• Partnering with business units to understand their needs and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Supporting the adoption of new tools and platforms that enable growth and enhance the employee experience.

About You:

• Language skills: fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills., the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users will be key.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure, including Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot and Defender.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools, especially Microsoft Teams and the broader Office 365 suite.
• Comfortable supporting multiple platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritise tasks and follow through to resolution with minimal supervision
• Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• This is an office-based role, so successful candidates must be happy to be in our Singapore office daily and some international travel will be required at times. There may be an option for hybrid working (1-2 days from home) which can be discussed after an initial period of time.
