Estate Manager/ Officer

Maintain and manage common areas of condominiums. Enforcement of house-rules/ estate by-laws. Conduct regular inspection with term contractors (eg. cleaning, landscape, swimming pool and other facilities of the estate). Maintain a check list on the maintenance works and its progress. Ensure estate compliance with the statutory requirements.
