ESH Engineer

Job Description:

• Support the ESH Section Manager in environmental, safety and health activities to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Safety and Health Management System
• Support ESH data collection, reporting and documentation for monthly, quarterly and yearly activities
• Liaise with internal process owners to gather feedback and required ESH information
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, service arrangements and issue resolution
• Review product specifications and support operational requirements where needed
• Assist in process safety, risk management and continuous ESH improvement initiatives

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will have an advantage
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management and risk management principles
• Understanding of ISO systems, Singapore legal requirements and MHI framework is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including formulas and reporting tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong safety mindset with interest in process safety and data analysis
