Total Monthly Pay: $4,300 - $5,500 (Inclusive of Allowances & Bonuses)

Work Schedule
We operate on a rotating 4-day work week. This means you work 4 days, take time off, and then switch shifts.

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular checks and setups on production test equipment to prevent issues before they happen.

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing equipment faults and performing repairs to get machines back online quickly and minimize downtime.

• Equipment Conversion: Changing over equipment settings for different production runs and keeping accurate daily logs of your work.

• Organization & Safety: Keeping your workspace, tools, and spare parts organized, and adhering to strict cleanroom and safety standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas and participating in projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs.

What We're Looking For

• Someone comfortable handling items up to 12kg.

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (gowning up is required).

• A team player who is comfortable working rotating shifts (both days and nights).

• Basic knowledge on the use of measuring instruments e.g. Caliper, Dial gauge.
