Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

Location: Tuas

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to maintain and optimize advanced production systems. In this role, you will ensure operational reliability and support continuous manufacturing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, calibrate, and adjust machinery to maintain consistent, high-quality output

• Conduct proactive equipment inspections to identify and resolve issues before they cause downtime

• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems

• Perform safety system checks to ensure full compliance and team protection

• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and equipment performance

• Provide technical guidance to equipment operators for safe daily use

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production setting

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to make precise mechanical adjustments

• Experience with PLC-controlled systems or electrical repair is an advantage (training available for the right candidate)

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Day shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Night shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

• Flexible weekly commitment: choose 4, 5, or 6 days per week

• Daily meal break and two tea breaks provided
