Job Responsibilities
- Support on new equipment setup & tool conversion
- Troubleshoot Machine Issues / Repair machine parts.
- Support on daily machines issues assign by Engineers to achieve production output target.
- Assist with Engineer on support improvement activities and data collection.
- Perform on schedule preventive maintenance activities.
- Support any ad-hoc task request by Engineer.
- Troubleshoot process problems and determine the best course of action.
- Escalate the problems promptly to the engineers.
- Responsible for housekeeping and conform to cleanroom protocols.
- Required OT whenever necessary and to work in rotating 12 hrs shift
Job Requirements
- ITE or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or any other relevant Engineering discipline.
- Willing and flexible to work 12 hours rotating shift.
- Preferably with 1 or 2 years of equipment experience in semicon industry.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- A team player with good communication and machine troubleshooting skills.
- Dicing or test inspection (pick & place) experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office application
