Role: HSE Lead

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure ISO compliance and strong assurance frameworks.
• Lead operations and project planning, mitigating risks and aligning with objectives.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Implement HSE benchmarks, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee risk management and investigation processes.
• Strengthen customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Manage contractors/vendors with performance evaluation standards.
• Develop team competencies and foster a culture of learning and capability building.

Job Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent).
• NEBOSH Diploma / Chartered IOSH (or equivalent).
• Root Cause Analysis Facilitator certification.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, 14001, 41000).
• Training & Assessment qualification.

Desirable:

• Masters degree (OHS, HR, or Business Administration).
• 10+ years experience in commercial acumen and business operations.
• 10+ years Emergency Response & Crisis Management (corporate level).
• Strong background in Workers Compensation Management.
• PMP Certification and proven complex project delivery.
