Advise on facility, process, and equipment design for safety and environmental compliance.
Manage permits, licenses, and chemical approvals with Singapore authorities.
Ensure regulatory and corporate EHS compliance across R&D sites and manufacturing plants.
Maintain and improve EHS programs, including inspections, training, and waste management.
Develop and enforce EHS SOPs and site Emergency Response Plans.
Conduct risk assessments, LOTO/machine audits, and incident investigations.
Track and report EHS metrics implement global EHS guidance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Well-versed in Singapore and Asia regional safety and environmental regulations, as well as corporate EHS policies and compliance standards.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in an Operation and/or EHS capacity in a large-scale manufacturing operation or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
Diploma in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline.
