Primary Responsibility: New Business Development / Hunting for Enterprise Accounts
ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales candidate will own and lead the entire revenue charter of Company. This is a P&L-impacting leadership role responsible for defining sales strategy, driving predictable revenue growth, expanding enterprise footprint, and building a world-class sales organization.
This role goes beyond numbers. The incumbent will act as a strategic growth partner to the leadership team, influencing go-to-market strategy, pricing models, enterprise partnerships, and long-term revenue sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Leadership
· Define and execute a Pan-Singapore enterprise sales strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth vision.
· Own annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement through structured pipelines.
· Drive new logo acquisition, large deal closures, and multi-year enterprise contracts.
· Establish scalable sales processes for sustained growth across segments (Enterprise, Staffing, BFSI, GCCs, etc.).
2. Enterprise & Strategic Account Management
· Personally lead high-value, complex enterprise deals, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract closures.
· Build and nurture CXO, CHRO, and Procurement-level relationships with key enterprise clients.
· Drive account mining, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across existing clients to maximize lifetime value.
· Act as the executive sponsor for marquee accounts.
3. Team Leadership & Sales Organization Building
· Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across geographies.
· Set clear KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
· Coach senior sales leaders and managers on enterprise selling, consultative sales, and value-based pitching.
· Create a performance-driven culture with strong ethical and compliance standards.
4. Forecasting, CRM & Governance
· Ensure robust sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM governance.
· Provide leadership with accurate revenue projections, deal risks, and growth insights.
· Drive data-led decision-making through sales analytics and dashboards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
· Provide market and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
6. Commercial & Contractual Ownership
· Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, discounting frameworks, and contract structuring.
· Ensure profitability while balancing growth objectives.
· Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
· 5+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales.
· Proven track record of closing large-ticket enterprise deals and managing ₹100+ Cr revenue charters.
· Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, Background Verification, Staffing, or Enterprise Services is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong strategic thinking and execution capability.
· Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
· Ability to operate at CXO and Board-level discussions.
· Deep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and revenue operations.
· High business acumen with a balance of aggression and governance.
