We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented professional to drive our growth agenda and accelerate customer acquisition under the SAP Partner-Led Territory (PLT) initiative.
Primary Purpose and Scope
This is a hunter role responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales cycle for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition solutions, helping mid-market and growth-stage enterprises accelerate digital transformation through SAP's cloud, analytics, and AI innovations. Key Result Areas and Accountabilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of ISS Data's SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions and communicate their value through consultative, value-based engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure to maximise conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Prepare customised proposals and deliver impactful presentations that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Lead negotiations and ensure timely finalisation of proposals, contracts, and statements of work, securing customer sign-off and payment.
Collaboration & Solution Design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and consulting teams, and leverage SAP resources, to develop and execute go-to-market plans that effectively communicate ISS Data's value proposition.
- Work closely with consultants and internal stakeholders to scope and price solutions that ensure successful deal execution and deliver viable, value-driven solutions.
- Conduct consultative meetings to understand customer challenges and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting to the Managing Director.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
Relationship Management & Representation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and SAP stakeholders.
- Represent ISS Data professionally at customer meetings, SAP and industry events, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership through content creation, presentations, and event participation.
- Stay informedon emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation trends within the SAP ecosystem.
Strategic Contribution
- Support business planning and contribute insights to strategic growth initiatives in the SAP Cloud ecosystem.
Requirements
Must Have
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise IT services/solutions sales experience, including at least 2 years in ERP solutions sales in Singapore.
- Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise-grade deals using solution and value-selling techniques.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Analytical and consultative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of Singapore's business landscape and ability to navigate multiple industry verticals.
- Awareness of AI, analytics, and automation trends reshaping enterprise processes and ability to translate these trends into customer value propositions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in managing complex sales cycles in dynamic environments.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with excellent command of English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SAP's PLT or PartnerEdge programmes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or other ERP/cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of industries such as manufacturing, distribution, utilities, energy, healthcare, or heavy industries.
- Understanding of IoT, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Business AI, Analytics, and RPA.
