About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP Project Manager (or Senior ERP project Manager) to lead our end-to-end ERP implementation program. This role will oversee project governance, execution, and alignment with business objectives, ensuring successful delivery across multiple functions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the ERP Program, ensuring the project meets objectives on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Steering Committee, business units, ERP consultants and related partners/vendors.
- Oversee project governance, overall risk management, and reporting to executive leadership.
- Drive systematic development methodologies (SDLC), process harmonization and alignment of business requirements with ERP best practices.
- Derive and manage scope, timelines, resources, budget, project risks and ensuring vendor and stakeholder deliverables.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and user adoption across the organization.
- Align scope and implementation with long-term digital transformation goals.
- Ensure the ERP system supports business objectives and integrates with existing processes. Customize ERP modules to meet specific organizational needs, as necessary.
- Oversee requirement and specification gathering, design, system and application development, data migration, testing cycles, training, and change management efforts. Ensure all development and project documentation and support materials are diligently updated and kept.
- Ensure system optimization and performance.
- Conduct evaluations to assess project success using clear matrix and KPIs.
- Ensure project budget and timeline are delivered within approved plan.
- Establish post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement framework.
- Ensure all bugs and punch lists from UAT (User Acceptance Test) and ORT (Operation Readiness Test) are resolved and closed.
- Ensure proper sign off of all project, specification, test and documentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field with 7 years of experience.
- Proven track record in project management for ERP or digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in software development, project overnance, PMO leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in cross-functional business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, CRM, Inventory, Workforce Planning and Management, Trouble Ticketing, Fault Management, Change Management, Operation, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or equivalent).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience on AI/ML project delivery is a plus.
- Ability to manage communication with project stakeholders, including senior management (internal and external)
