About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning / Integration Engineer to spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions into enterprise environments. You will partner with data scientists, solution architects, and DevOps teams to design, implement, and optimize AI pipelines, ensuring secure, scalable, and seamless deployment across cloud and on-premise platforms.

This role is ideal for an AI engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of visionary thinking and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation scripts using Linux Shell, Python, and relevant tools.
• Ensure smooth deployment and integration across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Integrate AI models into production using OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Implement robust network security protocols for AI pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transform AI workflows into reliable enterprise solutions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive CI/CD practices for AI model deployment and updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in Machine Learning engineering / AI systems integration.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Linux, Bash scripting, Python.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Exposure to data security, compliance, API integration, microservices.
• Experience with workflow orchestrators (Ctrl-M), logging/monitoring tools (Splunk, Geneos), and observability frameworks (Langfuse, Elastic Stack, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Understanding of Generative AI & Agentic AI concepts (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG pipelines).
