We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to grow and manage a set ofnamed enterprise accountsin Singapore. This role focuses on expanding revenue, deepening customer relationships, and driving adoption of our client's cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts through strategic account planning.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our cybersecurity portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (CIO, CISO, IT, Security, Procurement).
- Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, proposals, and negotiation.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of enterprise account management or B2B tech sales experience
- Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Proven track record in growing enterprise accounts in Singapore.
- Familiarity with FSI, telco, or large enterprise sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and position business value.
