We are seeking a driven Enrichment Centre Manager to lead centre growth and deliver exceptional parent and student experiences. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on enrolment sales and customer relationship management, while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Enrolments (Primary KPI)
- Conduct parent consultations, centre tours, and close new enrolments/renewals.
- Track and analyse enrolment data to meet monthly sales targets.
- Work with marketing team on lead generation strategies.
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Building
- Be the main point of contact for parents.
- Build trust and drive positive testimonials and reviews.
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise and support centre staff to uphold service standards.
- Conduct performance check-ins and guide daily operations.
4. Centre Operations & Reporting
- Oversee class and event execution, ensuring readiness and safety.
- Maintain accurate enrolment, invoicing, and financial records.
- Submit regular centre performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in education/enrichment sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in enrolment sales (monthly targets, renewals, closing parent consults).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
- Willing to work weekends and evenings.
