About the Role
As a Centre Manager at MindSpace, you'll play a strategic leadership role in driving the success of your centre(s). Your focus Increasing enrolments and delivering an exceptional experience for both parents and students (our Champs).
You'll lead a team of operations staff and trainers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality programme delivery, and top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Enrolments (Primary KPI)
- Lead and manage all enrolment activities: parent consultations, centre tours, follow-ups, and closing new sign-ups/renewals
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
- Track and analyse enrolment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Building (Primary KPI)
- Be the main point of contact for all parent communication and engagement
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and Champs
- Foster a professional, service-driven culture within your centre
- Drive parent testimonials and Google reviews
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise and support your team to uphold service and performance standards
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and reviews
- Guide staff through daily problem-solving and operations
4. Centre Operations & Programme Quality (Secondary KPI)
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth class and event execution
- Uphold programme quality in line with Champion Gold Standards
- Ensure readiness of teaching spaces, student safety, and learning materials
- Oversee payroll verification and centre documentation
5. Administrative Reporting & Financial Tracking
- Maintain accurate enrolment, invoicing, and payment records
- Submit regular centre performance and operational reports to the Centre Director
6. Other Duties
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Centre Director or Senior Centre Manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the education/enrichment sector
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, and centre operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
- Willing to work weekends and evenings
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Passionate about education and creating positive learning experiences
