Engineering Manager

Position Overview

Leads multi-discipline engineering team through design, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of offshore EPCI projects, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery. He shall oversee engineering strategies across multidiscipline engineering for complex offshore pipelines and platforms project.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead multi-discipline team on offshore EPCI projects and responsible for engineering deliverables from design
through pre-commissioning,

. Review and approve engineering analysis and designs as per API, ASME, ISO, DNV standards, and client's contractual requirements,

. Mange engineering project scope, budget, schedule, sub-contractor performance, technical integrity and risk registers while ensuring HSE and other regulations compliance,

. Coordination/communication with client on project engineering design,

. Coordination/communication with Certifying Authority on detailed engineering and T&I engineering,

. Ensure timely delivery of engineering design to meet project schedule,

. Work closely with the project manager to pre-empt any engineering/design challenge that may occur during the project execution and expediently provide concise engineering solutions,

. Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and fabrication yards for seamless offshore installation coordination.

Requirements

. Bachelor's/Master's in Structural Engineering with 20+ years of experience in offshore oil & gas EPCI projects,

. Proven track record of leading offshore platforms and pipelines projects in multinational firms with turnkey EPCI projects,

. Expertise in software Offpipe, Ceaser II, PRCI AGA, Orcaflex, SACS and ABAQUS,

. Familiarity with international standards (API, DNV, ASME, ISO),

. Project management experience in fast-paced EPCI environments,

. Excellent English communication.
