[What the role is]
You will work as an Engineering Executive/Assistant Engineering Executive in Tuas South Incineration Plant to ensure the plant and its auxiliary equipment are operating smoothly, safely and efficiently.
[What you will be working on]
You Will Be Responsible For The Following
- To ensure safe, smooth and efficient operation of boiler-incinerators and turbogenerators.
- To carry out routine checklist, testing and changeover of the plant equipment.
- To propose job cards and carry out the necessary isolation and normalization of the boiler & auxiliary system.
- To trouble-shoot minor faults and carry out frontline maintenance in the plant's equipment and processes.
- To assist in the coordination of boiler or turbine overhauls.
- To guide the plant operators in the operation of refuse handling, ash handling and scrap recovery equipment.
- To perform shift duties.
Qualifications/Experience
- Nitec certification in engineering.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience in process/power plant engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with Boiler Attendant certification will be an added advantage.
