Responsibilities
- Execute sales and marketing activities for a range of medical equipment and consumables, including ultrasound imaging solutions.
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities to expand product and service market reach.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales meetings and product presentations to new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and vendors to support sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and business development initiatives with overall strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, sales, laboratory, R&D, or research-related roles.
- Experience in medical equipment, medical imaging solutions (ultrasound), or medical consumables is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, grow customer accounts, and drive business growth.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written, for professional communication and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow with the business.
