- Position : Engineering & BOM Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)
- Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Key Responsibilities (Engineering-led 70%)
- Lead and coach engineering team conduct performance reviews
- Own BOM & materials governance: BOM accuracy, structure, alternates, obsolescence risk
- Drive ECO/EOL change control and ensure smooth implementation with stakeholders
- Maintain engineering documentation (drawings/models/NPI/SOP/WI) and audit readiness
- Partner with Production/QA/Supply Chain to resolve issues, drive RCA/CAR, improve yield & efficiency
- Ensure ERP/MRP master data integrity for BOM/routings/specs and standardise checklists/processes
- Work with suppliers on technical alignment, quality issues, and improvements
Quoting / RFQ Support (30%)
- Support RFQ technical review and BOM/material readiness
- Provide engineering inputs for costing/lead-time (materials, labour assumptions, NRE/tooling visibility)
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong in BOM, materials/components and interpreting drawings/specs in manufacturing/semicon
- Hands-on ERP/MRP experience strong Excel/reporting and ability to drive cross-functional closure
