Engineering Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

. Provide support to RMA issues, including documentation and disposition

. Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customers and distributors

. Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors

. Track RMA returns and shipments, including handling returned inventory, collection and shipment

. Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in the head office

. Support technical and sales supporting roles as instructed by the supervisor

. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

. Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or any relevant background

. Minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field

. Fresh diploma holders with internship experience are welcome

. Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
