Responsibilities
- Provide support to RMA issues, including documentation and disposition
- Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customers and distributors
- Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors
- Track RMA returns and shipments, including handling returned inventory, collection and shipment
- Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in the head office
- Support technical and sales supporting roles as instructed by the supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or any relevant background
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
