Job Summary
Support client engagement by managing administrative tasks, responding to technical queries, and coordinating quotations for testing and certification services.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications by responding to technical queries and following up on quotations related to testing and certification requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support quality management and operational efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc administrative activities to support daily operations and client service delivery
- Apply basic engineering knowledge to understand technical requirements and support testing and certification processes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065 quality management documentation to enhance compliance and process understanding
- Engineering background or basic technical knowledge to support technical tasks and client interactions
