Engineer

• Perform quality and environmental system maintenance.

• Support in maintaining and upkeep IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485.

• Understand company's Quality, Env. and OH&S Policy and Objectives, Env. aspects and impacts, Safety news, Safety risk assessment, Information Security risks, etc.

• Support in department quality and efficiency project.

• Perform internal QEMS audit and coordination with internal department for external QEMS audit, provide support for customer audit and perform vendor audit.

• Co-ordinate with related department on follow up activities after completion of internal and customer quality or environmental system audits.

• Promote and co-ordinate E-Kaizen and EMS activities, etc.

• Perform duties in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF16949.

• Observe the specified handling restrictions at each stage of the information life cycle to ensure information security.

• Ensure the maintenance of the QEMS documentation files.

• Carry out Emergency Response Plan accordingly.

• Participate and contribute to the respective EMP.

• Report any quality, environmental, safety and information security incidents or risks to the relevant internal authority.

• Keep abreast of any new or updates quality, environmental, safety and information security standard and requirements.

• Perform any other related duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree from recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years experiences in engineering or quality assurance field.

• Previous work experiences in similar engineering role and/or Electroplating field will be an added advantage.

• Preferably with experience in supplier management and product qualification.

• Lead / Internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF16949 will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of automotive five core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of 8D problem solving tools (Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.) and statistical analysis using Minitab or JMP application is preferred.

• Good oral and written communication field and independent.
