We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to drive product yield management and quality performance across external foundry partners in the region. This role is responsible for ensuring stable yield delivery, supporting yield ramp activities, and managing wafer disposition operations while working closely with cross-functional internal teams and external manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in semiconductor manufacturing and demonstrates excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in identifying yield improvement opportunities, resolving production issues, and ensuring product quality targets are achieved in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage product yield performance at external foundries and monitor manufacturing quality indicators
- Drive yield improvement and yield ramp activities for mass production
- Coordinate wafer disposition decisions based on engineering analysis and quality requirements
- Work closely with foundry partners, test engineers, quality teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve manufacturing and yield-related issues
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support product qualification, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate technical issues effectively and manage cross-functional discussions and negotiations with external partners
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Semiconductor Process Engineering, Device Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
- Min. 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, yield engineering, or foundry management
- Good understanding of semiconductor processes and manufacturing flow
- Knowledge of semiconductor testing and failure analysis
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and manufacturing data analysis
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role may involve interactions with Mandarin-speaking regional foundry partners.
