Product Engineering Engineer/ Senior Engineer

We're searching for an Engineer/ SeniorEngineer to be part of our Product Engineering Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Identify & resolve Product, Test & Fab-Process related yield limiters in shortest time

• Driver for yield improvement and resolve product yield, quality and reliability issues

• Work with Customers/Mother Fab on the DfM related issue.

• Conduct product yield analyses to identify root cause of wafer sort and final test failures

• Set up fault diagnostic capabilities for yield improvement

• Identify yield & PCM parameters, inline parameters that correlate to eSort yield by data analytic and automation

• Embark and explore new techniques in productivity improvement projects, including to identify and define AI/ML requirements and use-case for yield improvement

• Deploy and fan-out newly introduced AI-powered use-case across whole PE department

• Develop and implement improvement to enhance data accuracy and response time

• Work with IT department to maintain clean, organized datasets for validation and model training

More about you:

• Master/bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or Science in Physics

• 2 - 8 years product and/or test engineering, failure analysis or process-integration experience

• Experience in Fab process, yield engineering or design will be an added advantage

• Open to entry-level

• In depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electrical & electronics engineering fundamentals & wafer fabrication processes

• Familiar with product yield big data management and modelling

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SemiTronix, AI/ML)

• Strong understanding of AL/ML technologies using LLM, RAG, vector database, prompt engineering or AI-agents in solving product-yield

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
