ENGINEER

Role & Responsibilty

• Responsible for quantity take-offs and Cost Control functions for projects.
• Subcontracts management.
• Supervisor and Plan for Daily work schedule and progress for requirement for targeted completion.
• Tracking of Subcontractors/ Suppliers obligations required as per agreement.
• Administering variations to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Identification and pricing of variations to the Contract.
• Assist in preparation of monthly commercial report.
• Maintaining registers of variations, extension of time claims.
• Liaising effectively with other Technician, engineers and supervisors to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations. and extension of time claims is captured.
• Any other duties as may be required by the Company.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree
• Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a Engineer
• Passionate about Project values of safety & care, being honesty & integrity, customer focus, working together and performance excellence.
