Job Description

Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Lakeside)

Plan and coordinate turnaround activities, including worklists, scope, manpower, equipment, materials and logistics.
Conduct field verification and ensure engineering documents, permits and procedures are ready before execution.
Support turnaround scheduling, readiness reviews, risk assessments and scope freeze activities.
Coordinate daily turnaround execution, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and timely completion.
Monitor work progress, productivity, costs and schedule, and support recovery plans for delays.
Resolve site technical issues with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
Support shutdown, startup, commissioning and post-turnaround reviews.
Assist with minor CAPEX, plant modification and reliability improvement projects.
Coordinate engineering reviews, procurement, installation, MOC and project close-out.
Support contractor performance, cost control and management reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve turnaround processes, procedures and contractor performance.
