Join Micron as an Incoming Quality Control Engineer in Singapore and be a key part of a team that is redefining the global information landscape!
As an Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer, you'll work with local and global teams to maintain material quality, support quality systems, align with objectives, engage in initiatives, and drive improvement.
This role supports quality documentation, acts as the site quality liaison, and encourages collaboration.
Ensure consistent quality for all incoming materials, including but not limited to, HBM materials.
Continuously improve IQC business processes.
Qualify new IQC tools.
Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and preventive maintenance systems.
Set up and maintain SAP QM for incoming materials.
Implement Statistical Process Control monitoring programs and reaction mechanisms.
Handle material disposition through the incoming material MRB (iMRB).
Support First Article Inspection activities for new materials.
Work with collaborators worldwide to manage supplier quality.
Collaborate efficiently with both external and internal teams, maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Participate in on-site supplier audits as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
