Job Description:
- Prepare Statement of Work for electrical installation work on aircraft
- Generate design and fabrication documents for electrical installation work on aircraft:
- Sourcing of electrical parts (eg connectors, backshells, relays, wires)
- Design of electrical harness, RF and FO cables
- Generate electrical wiring diagrams
- Generate harness assembly drawings
- Generate aircraft harness routing diagrams
- Generate post installation test documents (eg continuity check, isolation checks, VSWR, insertion loss)
- Perform aircraft Electrical Power Load Analysis (ELA)
- Interface with other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution
- Present solutions to customers
- Support production floor to resolve any technical issues
- Support production floor in performing installation testing
- Generate updates for affected technical publications
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Engineering preferable in Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Words/ Excel/ Power Point
- Knowledge in Electrical Power and Circuitries
- Knowledge in MS Visio to generate electrical wiring diagrams and electrical wiring harness assembly drawings will be an added advantage
- Experience on CAD software for electrical wiring harness installation will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Autocad Electrical, Adobe Illustrator, Visual Basic, MS Access and programming skills will be an added advantage,
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to work independently
- Must be a good team player
- Candidates with similar prior experience will be an added advantage
