Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and lubrication.
Change filters, oils, and check fluid levels (coolant, hydraulic fluid).
Inspect and maintain associated equipment: air dryers, tanks, controllers, blowers, and motors.
Diagnose issues with compressors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and control systems.
Repair or replace faulty components like pumps, valves, seals, motors, and electrical parts.
Fix leaks in air lines or hydraulic/pneumatic hoses and tubing.
Install new compressor units, piping, and related system components.
Set up, test, and commission new installations to meet specifications.
Conduct air audits and monitor energy usage.
Ensure systems meet performance standards and safety regulations.
Complete detailed service reports, start-up forms, and warranty documents.
Communicate findings, repair options, and upgrade needs to customers and management.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment pad.
