ENGINEER, DESIGN (HVAC)

• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
• Willingness to commit to extended hours

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in HVAC design and coordination for semiconductor projects
• Support cooling load calculations and HVAC system sizing
• Assist in ducting layouts, airflow analysis, and equipment selection
• Support installation and commissioning of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and exhaust systems
• Coordinate with cleanroom, electrical, and piping teams
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC performance issues
• Learn and comply with BCA, NEA, and WSH requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Exposure to HVAC or building services design is a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC software is preferred
• Basic understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Good communication skills in English knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience
