ENGINEER, DESIGN (ELECTRICAL)

• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
• Willingness to commit to extended hours

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical design and project coordination for semiconductor construction projects
• Support the design of power distribution systems, lighting, grounding, and earthing systems
• Assist in load calculations, cable sizing, and electrical layout drawings
• Support installation and commissioning of electrical panels, switchgear, UPS, and power equipment
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process teams to ensure design integration
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues during testing and commissioning
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment delivery and site works
• Learn and comply with Singapore's BCA, EMA, WSH, and relevant electrical codes
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Internship or exposure to electrical design or construction projects is a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is preferred
• Basic understanding of power systems and electrical safety principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills in English knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience
