Engagement Executive - Healthcare (1 Year Contract Renewable)

Job Summary

You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You will be working on a programme that consolidates and streamlines key information to support organizational needs and enables professionals to deliver better outcomes. It is part of a broader ecosystem of initiatives that drive digital connectivity and integration across partner programmes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to engage healthcare institutions and promote participation in initiatives that enhance service delivery.
• Support and participate in a variety of outreach and engagement activities with partner institutions.
• Provide guidance and assistance to institutions throughout the onboarding process, including securing agreements, collecting documentation, and escalating risks or issues where necessary.
• Monitor, track, and report on engagement progress and onboarding status.
• Receive comprehensive training on the relevant systems, onboarding processes, and governing policies to support successful execution of responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years experience in customer facing roles such as tele-marketing, sales, business development, outreach, account and/or case management
• Ability to do presentation and able to articulate clearly to target audience
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with different groups of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous in status tracking and confident in reporting statuses
