Electronics Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead and drive technology projects, mentoring a team of engineers.
• Participate in product development cycle through requirement analysis, design, prototyping, testing and qualification.
• Review specifications and technical requirements with clients.
• Generate product technical documents, drawings, assembly drawings and bill of materials.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality and marketing department.
• Work in cross functional project team to ensure that project requirements are met.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent with Minimum 5 years of experience within a research & development environment.
• Knowledge in C++ coding.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, IAR workbench).
• Practical experience with design software.
• Knowledge in electronic circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, RF).
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, and signal processing. Hands-on experience with lab equipment for testing and validation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronics design and manufacturing.
• Able to work hands-on and manage project deliverables individually.
• An effective team player and have good communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
