Job Description & Requirements

• Installation: Installing electrical hardware, conduit, wiring, and fixtures (lighting, outlets, switchboards) in new and existing buildings.
• Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faulty electrical components, motors, generators, and circuit systems.
• Compliance: Adhering strictly to national electrical codes, safety regulations, and local building standards.
• Planning: Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to plan and execute jobs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or an N/O Level certificate.
• Certification/Licensing: Valid electrician license, apprenticeship completion, or recognized industry certification (e.g., Journeyman).
• Experience: Previous experience in electrical maintenance or construction (often 3-4 years preferred).
• Technical Skills: Mastery of electrical circuitry, power tools, and ability to read blueprints.
