Maintenance Electrician

• Carry out electrical installation, repair, and maintenance works in the dormitory.

• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical faults, lighting, power outlets, and distribution boards.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems are safe and operational.

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency electrical issues promptly.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

• Able to use electrical tools and testing equipment.

• Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.

• Able to work independently.

• Willing to work overtime or respond to emergency call-outs when required.

• Experience in dormitory, building, or facilities maintenance is an advantage.
